Report remembering Padma Bhushan Dr Khem Singh ji Gill. Today on the death anniversary of Dr Khem Singh ji, Akal Academy Ubhia teachers shared the glimpses of his life. He was the legendary saint scientist who had done tremendous research. Students were also told that he was the former vice chancellor of Agriculture University, Ludhiana. Apart from this ,science teachers and students talked about his contributions in the green revolution. He had developed 30 varieties of wheat . Headmistress,Mrs Gurjit kaur told that he was the chairman of Kalgidhar trust and gave much guidance during inspections.
