INTER HOUSE DEBATE COMPETITION

Some extracurricular activities play a crucial role in developing core academic skills and debate is one of them as it promotes research based data analysis,public speaking and evidence based reasoning.On July 20, 2024 Inter House Debate Competition ,was organised at Akal Academy Ghugg.

There were 4

groups of 2 students each.All participants were confident and well-prepared .Topic for the debate for Abhay and Ajay house was ” is it good to spend lots of money on marriage ceremony ” and for Amul and Atul house “Artificial Intelligence “

Students expressed their views very well in the interest of and against the topic. Students were judged on the basis of their content, confidence , fluency,

pronunciation ,and rebuttal

skills.
