Date: 28.09.2024 Department of Languages, Government of Uttar Pradesh (by Uttar Pradesh Punjabi Academy) organized Mandal Level Competitions. Gurnoor Kaur 11thA got second place and Snehpreet Kaur 11thA got third place in essay writing competition. Ikjot Kaur Class X got third position in speech competition. Total five students of Akal Academy Gomti (Gurnoor Kaur, Snehdeep Kaur, Ikjot Kaur, Gurkirat Singh, Hargun Singh) participated in the division level Bareilly competition. Folk songs were presented by Sahibjot Singh and Aishdeep Singh.
This division level competition was held at Sri Guru Nanak Rikhi Kanya Inter College, Bareilly. Now three students are selected for state level competitions in Uttar pradesh.
