Title – The first free “Medical Checkup Camp” was organized at Akal Academy Kauriwara.
Description – The first free “Medical Checkup Camp” was organized at Akal Academy Kauriwara run by Kalgidhar Trust Baru Sahib. In this camp, needy patients were checked up by doctors specializing in all kinds of diseases. In this camp, patients were checked up by expert doctors, in which Dr. Gurmeet Singh (Surgeon Specialist), Dr. Ramandeep Singh (AIIMS Banthida), Dr. Sharanjit Kor (Civil Hospital Bathinda), Dr. Shanpreet Kaur (Civil Hospital Fatehabad), Dr. Rahul Dhamija and Dr. Yadwinder Singh. In this camp, free medical check-up was done for the patients who arrived from about 10-15 villages of the area. In this medical camp two patients were advised for operation by the surgeon specialist and the operation of these patients will be done on 18th October 2024 at Akal Charitable Hospital Baru Sahib absolutely free. On this occasion, Academy Principal Baljet Kaur informed us that it is a matter of pride for us that among the doctors who arrived at the camp organized in the academy, 3 doctors were from Akal Academy Kauriwara and 2 students were former students of Akal Academy Ajitsar Ratia. Sukhdev Singh and Principal of the academy and honored the doctors who came to this camp and thanked them. Other staff members of the academy were also present on this occasion.
