Akal Academy Balbehra celebrated 555th Gurpurab on 14th November 2024. Students of Akal Academy Balberha performed various religious activities. Tiny-Tots as well as the students from the senior classes presented an impressive glimpse of Sikh religion and culture to the spectators. The programme emphasized on following the preachings of Guru Nanak Dev ji and it had an everlasting effect on the spectators. The principal Mrs. Meera Verma presented an award of honour to the chief guest. Alongside education, Principal Meera Verma encouraged students to participate in other activities and to follow the path shown by the Gurus. In addition, the entire congregation enjoyed the Gurmat program and, in accordance with the tradition of Langar initiated by Guru Nanak Dev Ji, sat together in a single line to share the meal. At the end of the program, the principal expressed gratitude to the attending guests, parents, and other dignitaries.
