Healthy Food Habits

A Virtual seminar was conducted on Healthy Food Habits .A virtual session was conducted by Ms. Sukhwant Kaur, Ms. Arti Sharma and Mr. Sarun Pardhan All the participants were told the importance of eating healthy food that we can never have a sound mind without a sound body. They were told to inculcate good food habits by eating the seasonal fruits, having a healthy breakfast, drinking a lot of clean water, and eating homemade food. Learners were told to adopt the habit of taking a balanced-diet for their holistic physical growth.
