On 26.11.2022 Akal Academy Gomti paid tribute to the Martyrdom of GuruTeg Bahadur Ji in the morning assembly. Gurmat Samagam was organised starting with a Shabad Tilak Janju Rakha Prabh Ta Ka…|| (ਤਿਲਕ ਜੰਝੂ ਰਾਖਾ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਤਾ ਕਾ|| ਕੀਨੋ ਬਡੋ ਕਲੂ ਮਹਿ ਸਾ ਕਾ||) by the students of Class 8th i.e Amarjeet Kaur and Jatha, after that Kavishri by Class V students, Gurvansh Singh and team was performed.
Students made Display Board in the memory of Guru Teg Bahadur Ji. Gurshan Singh drew picture of Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Ji. Palakdeep Kaur made time line of Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Ji’s life and Ekampreet Kaur displayed Biography of Guru Ji. The students very well performed among the students gathered in the assembly ground for Samagam.
In the End of Gurmat Samagam, Gursharan Kaur and Jatha sung Shabad ਸੂਰਾ ਸੋ ਪਹਿਚਾਨੀਐ ਜੋ ਲਰੈ ਦੀਨ ਕੈ ਹੇਤ||
All the teachers and Principal were present during the Samagam. SurinderPal Singh, HOD Divinity addressed the students about Shri Guru TegBahadur Ji.
