Prakash Purab of Shri Guru Ramdas Ji, celebrated at our Akal Academy on 19th October 2024. The event began with the soulful recitation of Gurbani, creating a peaceful and spiritual ambiance. Students and staff participated in kirtan, reciting hymns in praise of the Almighty, followed by speeches highlighting the essence of Sikh principles such as compassion, humility, and selfless service. The event also included a special session on the life and teachings of Guru Ramdas Ji, encouraging students to embody the values of oneness and equality. The entire academy resonated with a sense of devotion and unity, concluding with the distribution of langar, reinforcing the importance of community and selfless giving. This day serves as a reminder to strive for spiritual completeness (Sampoornata) by aligning one’s life with the values of Gurmat.
