Grade V students of Akal Academy, Baru Sahib IB Authorized World School organized the PYP Exhibition for the wider community on
19 October 2019.
The Exhibition was the culminating project by the students in their final year of the PYP. Students were engaged with the five essential elements of the program for over three months and the summative event was the Exhibition.
The students carried out an extensive, collaborative, inquiry process which were displayed in a variety of forms.The trans disciplinary theme selected for the exhibition this year was “Sharing the planet”
There were four interest groups created as per the four different sections of Grade V – Solution Squad, Global Squadrons, Disaster Brigade and Global well wishers.Each group formulated their own central ideas and lines of inquiry for their inquiry and research.
Guests,large number of parents and all the students of Akal Academy visited the exhibition and encouraged the PYP students.
