On 28 April 2023 Games and Activity development federation organized National championship at Shri Anandpur Sahib.In which 50 children of Akal Academy Ghugg participated, after going through a very strict process, the team of football under 14 and under 19 got second position. Volleyball under 14 team also got second position.Apart from this, the children have shown good performance in athletics and have won 4 gold, 5 silver and 4 bronze medals. Akal Academy Ghugg stands first in Punjab state and second in the rest of the states.5 children of the school were selected at the international level.Jagroop Singh who is studying for free in Akal Academy Ghugg selected at the international level under 14 football team.
Our school Principal Mrs. Kuldeep Kaur congratulated the children on their victory and encouraged them to participate in sports in future also.
